Deep amber with copper reflections, showing its maturity and complexity. Medium to full-bodied, revealing a silky texture.
Elegant notes of toasted oak, vanilla, and dried fruits intertwine with cooked agave and soft earthy undertones. Hints of plum, red apple, and a touch of smoke.
Rich and velvety on entry, offering sweet vanilla and oak that gradually unfold into delicate fruit and spice tones. A balanced acidity and light astringency enhance the depth.
Perfect with grilled or smoked meats, BBQ ribs, or mole negro. Complements aged cheeses, 70% dark chocolate, and roasted nuts.
The Craft
Every step honors centuries-old traditions. No shortcuts, no industrial methods — only artisanal craftsmanship.
The Foundation
Our agave is grown at 10,000 hectares of Navarro family's own fields in Jalisco's Highlands. Highland agave takes 8–12 years to reach maturity on red volcanic clay soils at up to 2,000 meters above sea level, resulting in sweeter, more floral, and fruitier tequila.
Traditional Brick Oven
Agave is slow-cooked in a traditional brick oven. No industrial autoclaves are ever used — preserving the authentic flavors that have defined great tequila for centuries.
Ancestral Crushing
Roasted agave hearts are crushed by two giant volcanic rock stones — an ancestral process dating back nearly 500 years. This extracts sugary juice while preserving the agave fiber, resulting in a richer, more complex tequila.
Natural Process
Naturally fermented with selected yeast in a combination of stainless steel and wooden tanks, allowing the agave's character to develop fully.
Double Distilled
Double distilled in custom-made stainless steel alembics topped with copper domes and coils, achieving exceptional purity and depth of flavor.

Biotechnologist with a specialization in bioprocesses and molecular biology. Her experience includes optimizing agave-must fermentations, understanding yeast metabolic kinetics, and analyzing sensory markers.
